Two questions with Najla:

What brings you joy?

What brings me joy is being of service. Being present. Being kind and understanding to self and others. My most precious memories are when I have had the privilege of being invited to be present at the birth of newborn babies. It is such an honour to be alongside couples during the scariest and happiest of times.

Why are you learning to be a Learning Community facilitator?

To help create positive human impact by facilitating a safe space and an opportunity for people to embrace, develop and share what makes them unique. For this to happen I, the Learning Community Facilitator, aim to support and drive the process to make it possible. Highlighting strengths, experiences and talent leads to happier, creative and more successful people living life to the fullest.

Never miss a Learning Community!
